The transaction establishes the CCM business as an independent company, with an interim name of ClaimsXten Portfolio. Position:
The Director, Program Management is responsible for implementing and delivering long-range strategies and practices that align Lyric's strategic business objectives and produce a world-class people experience. This role oversees the end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning/formulating, implementation, evaluation, and measurement) of multiple concurrent company initiatives and programs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute and deliver projects through completion, including, but not limited to gathering requirements from stakeholders, managing the project schedule, and support your team with communication on the strategy and goals to project stakeholders
  • Lead work streams consisting of many different functions driving multiple simultaneous efforts

Work with variety of stakeholders across functions to manage scope, secure support and resources for execution, and deploy processes that improve day-to-day operations

  • Work through challenges, identify bottlenecks and dependencies, escalate project concerns when necessary and unblock the project team for execution
  • Report on status, progress, milestones, deliverables, outcomes, and lessons learned to all applicable parties
  • Inform prioritization of initiatives and resources against strategic objectives and success metrics for the organization
  • Change Agent


Requirements:

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of work experience with an Advanced degree
  • At least 5 years of experience leading complex, strategic programs
  • Experience in structuring and managing integrated, multi-track projects and or work streams, able to orchestrate cross-functional teams including product development, operations, sales, marketing, finance, risk, and legal to achieve the project goals
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to combine analytical reasoning, creativity and judgment
  • Quick study, able to handle complex matters, with multiple initiatives going on simultaneously
  • Follows a balanced and processed approach without compromising integrity
  • Values and Leadership: Demonstrates alignment to Lyric's Values and has the capability to lead and motivate a team of individuals without direct reporting authority
  • Results Oriented: Energetic, resourceful, collaborative and positive can-do attitude
  • Low Ego: Operates in a transparent fashion without a personal agenda

  • Travel:
  • 25-50% for offsite client meetings, conferences, and training sessions.

The applicable base pay for your state is listed below. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, ClaimsXten Portfolio offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with ClaimsXten Portfolio, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives.

The base pay range for this position is $110,610.00 - $344,280.00
