Responsibilities:
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards and take guest reservations or provide information regarding the restaurant or any other hotel service.
- Takes responsibility of maintaining the guest profile, contact details and their preferences
- Field inquiries for F&B reservations and convert as many of these calls as possible into confirmed reservations
- Coordinate restaurant group bookings and assisting in planning details of events
- Working closely with Chefs with the elaboration of specific menu for large parties
- Assist with comp set analysis as and when needed
- Listen and communicated effectively and usage of selling strategies to close sales
- Plan, organize, and provide appropriate suggestion ensuring guest satisfaction
- Prepare collaterals related to F&B needs such as menu printing, labels, tent cards.
- Help covering the host desk during specific busy periods
- Displays warmth, care, and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers, Lives the golden rule
Skills/Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have:
- Requires a working knowledge of F&B operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
