As a Provider Learning and Content Director you would lead and support the team that owns the development and execution of all key business readiness functions including learning facilitation, learning content design and knowledge management and authoring functions to deliver on our brand promise to our internal stakeholders and enable a best-in-class provider service experience in healthcare. Support alignment of the vision and strategy of the Provider Readiness and Performance Solutions team to key business priorities and initiatives

Develop strategy and execute on the Knowledge Management strategy that supports PS&O
Utilize KCS processes and Cigna technology to optimize the ability to deliver the right knowledge to the right person at the right time to drives successful outcomes
Connect the knowledge management strategy into the overall learning delivery and facilitations strategy
Create a forward thinking environment that utilizes technology to improve resource optimization
Develop systems to drive partner performance and deliver on goals and strategic initiatives through partner relationships
Create an environment to identify, deliver and optimize the virtual learning environment
Embrace further capabilities to reduce resource development
Reduce time to proficiency for supported teams
Qualifications to be successful:
High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree or professional certifications preferred
10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience required, specifically including teams over 100 preferred
10+ years of progressive change leadership, executive strategy, or learning environment experience
Experience delivering support in various international cultures preferred
Experience managing a budget of 500k+ preferred
Able to bring groups together and design systems that will drive an improved knowledge and learning environment
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and facilitate discussions across a matrix organization
Advanced knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred
Excellent oral, written presentation and communication skills
Proven ability to attract exceptional talent and develop effective teams
Demonstrated ability to drive results with sense of urgency in an often ambiguous and rapidly changing environment

We expect this role to operate Monday through Friday, normal business hours or as business needs dictate.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 142,500 - 237,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
