JOB SUMMARY


The position serves as a liaison between the company's new clients and internal departments, such as sales operations, payroll, benefits, 401(k), risk management, and field operations. This role ensures that the new account is successfully transitioned through the implementation process.


Essential Duties/Responsibilites % TIME

Assists clients through every aspect of implementation, from planning, to customer setup policies and rules, to benefit selection and funding, to employee setup, data validation, and systems and processes training

Analyzes clients' business needs to recommend optimal configurations of products

Explains the concept of co-employment and employer of record in terms of the client's responsibilities

Achieves client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service according to department standards and referral activities

Advocates for the client and resolves or advances product/service issues that detract from the optimal implementation experience

Achieves client satisfaction and on-time completion of transitions

Reports implementation status internally and to appropriate client contacts on a timely and accurate basis

Assigns the ongoing client services team to the client timely and effectively

Work Environment:

The salary range for this role is $57,800 to $95,400. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
