The Role
Lumen, Arizona’s premier telecom and fiber optics company, is currently looking for talented individuals looking to get their foot in the door in the field of sales as well as people who come to us with experience looking to continue their career growth at a wonderful company. Our entry level sales team meet with customers daily and discuss their internet needs and explain how Lumen will meet their needs and provide them with the best option as everyone’s internet needs are constantly growing. This position is not only for those that want to grow with our company, anyone looking to get a start in an exciting sales career and those individuals who are looking to continue their previous success in a sales role. We offer exciting benefits, flexible schedule and a healthy salary all coupled with even more compensation and incentives for those who exceed their target sales each month. We do daily training for those who want to develop their skills, daily refreshers for those who come to us with more experience and anyone in between.

Special note about this role:
This is a Field Sales role, and most of your time will be spent out in the Field in the City or State that is listed in the job posting.
This is NOT a 100% Work from Home role. Any tasks or duties that need to be performed other than Field assignments, can be done from home, and that is the extent of the Work from Home possibilities for this job.
The Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for sharing Lumen solutions with members of the community in a door-to-door sales approach and working FUN events! We focus on the development of the individual so that anyone who wants to achieve success can!

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
