Sourced Craft Cocktails: Male Model/Bartender
San Francisco - Banana Republic (Every Thursday and as needed)
Who Are We:
We are a Craft Cocktail Company that focuses on creating fun and memorable experiences. Our Event Bartender/Model provides an excellent guest experience while serving premium, curated craft cocktails.
We are looking for enthusiastic Bartenders/Male Models to help provide an amazing experience for guests shopping at Banana Republic. This Bartender/Model should be comfortable serving pre-batched cocktails, beer, and wine. They will also be dressed by the Banana Republic team in company attire for every shift. The Bartender/Model is responsible for representing the Brand's target customer while providing shoppers with delicious beverages while they browse. This position requires the ability to stand for 3-6 hours, have excellent people skills, and be able to articulate how garments fit.
What You'll Do:
- Wear Banana Republic clothing chosen by the Brand's team
- Serve pre-batched craft cocktails, beer, and wine to guests
- Interact with customers, answer questions about cocktails and clothing
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Clean up used glassware after event
- Take inventory of beverages after event
Who You Are:
- Must have alcohol handlers certification
- Comfortable being dressed by the Brand's team for each shift
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- Comfortable with event-based availability
- Non SAG-AFTRA (this is a non-union gig)
Compensation:
- $30/hr
