About this Role:

Windstream is seeking a paid media marketing manager to join a growing in-house digital media team reporting to the Associate Director of Media. As Marketing Manager, Paid Media, your role will be to refine, expand and above all elevate Windstream’s footprint across traditional and emerging media channels, with an ability to segment acquisition and remarketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing full funnel paid media campaigns across various platforms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with the AD to develop Windstream’s media strategy, with a focus on audience-based paid media buying across display, video, audio, and emerging programmatic advertising channels.
  • Implement data-driven, customer-centric media plans that drive Kinetic prospects in-market, and build campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and signups for Kinetic.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on The Trade Desk, Google Ads, and other programmatic and direct site media platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing and employ creative optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance, including ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Share insights and recommendations for channel, audience, and creative optimizations.
  • Partner in developing and managing paid digital media budgets and KPIs.

Do You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 4+ years in paid media marketing role, preferably with full-funnel experience (agency experience a plus).
  • Knowledge of programmatic media buying platforms including DSPs and DMPs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a keen attention to detail.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing people.
  • Familiarity with digital media buying platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, and other programmatic advertising platforms.

Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience.

Desired Qualifications:
College degree and 8 years professional level experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or 12 years professional level related experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience desired.
