El Concilio California is looking to hire a passionate Outreach Specialist within our Test-to-Treat Program. This program will further the aims of increasing equitable access COVID-19 treatment. The Outreach Specialist will various of task such as door-to-door canvassing and community networking. The Outreach Specialist will become familiar with community resources related to COVID-19 in order to collaborate and expand program services and information. This position requires reliable transportation and willingness to commute to areas located in the San Joaquin area. Other duties include phone banking and maintaining records of communication with community members. The Outreach Specialist will attend various virtual and in-person trainings. This position required to generate reports and inputting data related to program objectives. The Outreach Specialist must be able to work on weekends and have flexibility based on program needs.
Employment Type: Temp. - Full-time; Non-Exempt
Qualifications: A Highschool Diploma or GED Equivalency with 2-4 years of experience conducting outreach is required. Language - Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
