Foam Stuff Associate
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Operates foam stuffing equipment used for inserting various size foam pieces into cushion shells to customer, company and quality specifications.
Summary of essential job functions:
- Stuff various cut pieces of foam into cushion shells
- Confirm proper foam piece is being used
- Responsible for overall appearance of cushion, foam inserted properly, channels regulated
- Responsible for safety and good housekeeping practices around work area
Minimum requirements:
Good attention to detail
Good hand and eye coordination
Safely identify and operate tools, supplies, and equipment
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision, and minimal error
Must be able to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
OTHER:
- Will be required at times, with proper notice, to work a flexible schedule or mandatory overtime
- Accurate reporting to include time and production
- Team Player

Most of the time is spent standing in the same location; grasping products to be filled, some twisting motion at waistline or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 20 lbs.).
