Overview:
Position Summary: The Office Manager II is responsible for management, supervision, and oversight of the daily clerical and administrative office duties in department. Acts as the Office Manager supervising administrative assistants and other personnel as assigned to ensure that support for a broad range of functions is available to senior leadership team. Responsible for staff development, facilities management, materials management, coordinating paperwork and access for onboarding administrative new hires and service excellence.

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Minimum Experience: 3 or more year of experience in a supervisory or office manager capacity preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education. 1 or more years of experience in a medical office/clinic setting preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Expresses oneself clearly and effectively when speaking and/or writing to individuals or groups; listens attentively, ensures that information is understood by all parties; shares information in a timely manner using the appropriate method; presents well-organized information in a group setting.
  • Is organized and has the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time. Organizes work, sets priorities, and determines resource requirements; determines the necessary sequence of activities needed to achieve goals.
  • Allocates time and resources efficiently and effectively; prioritizes work and delegates as appropriate; works to minimize institutional risk by acting as a responsible steward for the organization.
  • Is alert in a high-risk environment; follows detailed procedures and ensures accuracy in documentation and data; carefully monitors gauges, instruments or processes; concentrates on work details, and organizes and maintains a system of records.
Pay Scale Information: USD $58,240.00 - USD $104,832.00

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
