We are looking to fill multiple parts support positions. The areas you will learn are as follows:
Delivery Driver – learn the routes, our customers, and our methods to ensure prompt, accurate delivery of parts to our wholesale customers:
- Pull necessary parts from inventory to be delivered.
- Organize schedule of deliveries.
- Provide quick, courteous, professional and efficient deliveries to all accounts.
- Make sure any returns are handled appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness of delivery truck.
Shipping/Receiving - learn how to bring parts into our inventory as well as ship parts out:
- Scan parts into inventory, noting any exceptions (short, over, damage, mispick).
- Put parts away into appropriate locations, finding homes for new parts.
- Pull return parts from inventory, pack and ship back to manufacturer.
- Return requested warranty parts back to manufacturer.
- Ship out orders from online marketplace.
Parts Runner - learn how to help our technicians increase their efficiency:
- Pull parts from inventory per pick ticket and/or invoice.
- Deliver parts to technicians.
- Pick up old warranty parts and cores from technicians and bin them accordingly.
- Assist shipping/receiving by putting stock into appropriate bin locations.
- Ensure all areas of parts department are cleaned and stocked.
