We have an opportunity for a Customer Advocate/Engagement Specialist.

We are looking for a customer advocate to build positive relationships with the components during projects. You’ll be the assigned as a point of contact, ensuring that our customers remain satisfied with our services. To succeed in this role, you’ll responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating well and successfully multi-task under tight deadlines.
  • Creating and maintaining lasting customer relationships by acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Problem solve issues.
  • Working in collaborative environment with various project teams.
