Customer Experience Associate

We are Careismatic Brands Inc., the global leader in medical apparel, footwear, and accessories. We have an outstanding opportunity for a Customer Experience Associate to work directly with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer issues.
The Customer Experience Associate will have experience in Customer Service (ideally for an e-commerce Brand), as well as a ‘do what it takes’ attitude. As an ideal candidate, you are able to work independently and meet daily performance goals.
This is a full-time remote role.
Salary Range: $18-$20/hr

What Your Day Looks Like
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats consistently and efficiently.
· Answer product questions and make recommendations
· Create new orders for individuals and groups
· Collaborate with various departments to ensure the ideal customer outcome
· Navigate complex issues while maintaining composure
What We’re Looking For
· 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Detail oriented, with the ability to work independently and autonomously
· Proven ability to drive memorable customer experiences
· Prompt and reliable
· Prior experience with Netsuite, FreshDesk, and Shipstation (preferred)
· Positive, forward-thinking attitude
· Proven work ethic and integrity
