Automotive Data Processor Entry:

  • Salary: Starting $40,000.00 to $42,000.00
  • Bonus structure starts after 90 days

Automotive Data Entry:

QB Business Solutions is looking to hire an enthusiastic, positive, highly independent and customer focused Data Entry candidate who is driven and passionate about the company they work for. QB Business Solutions is a team of dedicated professionals who work one on one with Automotive Service Departments to submit sustainable documentation to the manufacture. The ideal candidate should be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. The data processor responsibilities include multiple levels of communication by obtaining audited and corrected documents from our clients, while updating the Excel spreadsheet(s) with data entry experience.

Job Description:

  • Performs high-volume data entry and merging spreadsheets.
  • Review and audit automotive invoiced documentation for accurate submissions.
  • Make outbound calls to obtain further documentation and complete missing data from clients by communicating directly with the Service Management team.
  • Conduct research and review data for errors, missing pages, and/or missing information to resolves any discrepancies.
  • Draft time-sensitive correspondences and other formal documentation for clients.
  • Responding to dealership requests for information pertaining to the submission for the manufacture.
  • Create spreadsheet with large number of figures that are error free.
  • Utilize various databases and work extensively with MS Excel and Word.
  • Educate Automotive Management teams on calls and guide them through the next steps as they transition into the processing department to finalize their submission process.

Job Skills:

  • Proven experience as data entry clerk utilizing intermediate Excel.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and written communication with our clients.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a sufficient level of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual who works independently using solid business judgement.
  • Automotive background helpful but not a must.
  • Attention to detail combined with speed.
  • Good Organization, time management, and good problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • 1 year of experience in data entry or equivalent training
  • Intermediate Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft

Word) – Will provide training for the right candidate.
