This position supports the day-to-day Accounting department operations.
This is an hourly position with a starting rate of $23 per hour.
Accounting Responsibilities
- Oversees cash handling functions for hotel and audits house banks monthly
- Archives hotel miscellaneous reports daily
- Sends reports for hotel management review
- Handles accounts payable invoices
- Keeps track of hotel licenses and permits

Qualifications
- Must have problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining outgoing and friendly attitude
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions and to manage priorities
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Must be able to consistently lift and carry moderate to heavy weight
