Job Summary
Serves as the manager for configuring, implementing, optimizing, and maximizing the development of digital ads.

Responsibilities
  • Routinely handles ad content creation, copy-writing, and updating ad campaigns.
  • Conceptualizes and creates high-end, visually clean and stimulating ad campaigns, and digital ads.
  • Defines project needs and creative objectives within specifications determined by Clients, and translates into ad concept, design, artwork, and layout solutions.
  • Provides consultative guidance on material and artwork for new and innovative ads and initiatives.
  • Creates layouts and mock-ups of written campaign elements and on a variety of ad platforms.
  • Sets up and/or updates existing ads for clients and collaborates with graphic designers and copywriters for use on ad platforms.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional writing skills including sales copy and grammar
  • Significant working knowledge of the English language
  • Is current with latest trends in ads on platforms including but not limited to: Google Search, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Bing Search, SnapChat, etc.
  • Knowledgeable about grammar rules but creative enough to know when to break rules in order to innovate
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently, delivering high quality results under the pressure of deadlines, with routinely quick turn-around times
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail, and high work standards
  • Flexibility; able to shift gears quickly
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; proven writing, editing, proofreading and copywriting ability to adjust as needed
  • Can work collaboratively with a team, independently and under close direction
Work Experience
  • Portfolio exhibiting ad marketing pieces, campaign management, ad campaign results, and other sales marketing collateral
  • REQUIRED 2+ years experience in Facebook/Instagram & Google Ads preferred
  • Experience using Google Drive and G-Suite

Education
  • Pursuing a degree in English, Marketing, or Advertising.
  • Bachelors degree preferred

Location: 100% remote based.
Pay: Starting pay is $20+ per hour OR flat pay per ad account managed.
