The Advanced Data Analyst reports to the VP, Data and Analytics, and is located in Mansfield, MA.

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a driven individual to lead TriMark’s next generation as an Advanced Analyst for our STIBO STEP platform.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors Degree – Computer Science preferred
  • 5 years of MDM/PIM implementation experience using STIBO or any other equivalent technologies
  • Very Strong Domain experience in Product Match/Link, Customer/Supplier Match/Merge and Golden record creation
  • Expert technical skills in software development (Java and/or JavaScript), data and database design, SQL, XML, CSS, HTML, JSON, XSLT, extension API and Web services
  • Understanding of AWS Architecture and data integration with Talend or Boomi or Informatica or any equivalent tools
  • Good knowledge of ingestion/publication mechanisms, Integration end points (Real Time, Batch)
  • Working experience in Data Stewardship, Data governance
  • Expert in agile and waterfall project management methodologies
  • Proficient in estimating work and project scheduling/sprint planning
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • As an Advanced Analyst, you will be responsible for process and technical implementation of master data solutions & Product Information management solutions using the STIBO Systems enterprise software platforms
  • You will have an opportunity to be a part of implementing the enterprise-wide MDM architecture solution, processes, procedures, and guidelines for the company
  • Should have good know-how on the Stibo STEP based MDM solution architecture and the related functional areas within STEP which include data modeling and configuration, designing and building business processes and item data management workflows, designing, and configuring integration interfaces (IEP) for integration (data imports, exports, one time data migration, API based and batch mode of integrations) of STEP with other enterprise systems, change management
  • Should have a good understanding on the Business rule implementation to address various customer requirements
  • Should be able to assist in configuration of Stibo to print materials such as catalogs, fact sheets through creation of templates, attribute assignment, etc. using the STEP InDesign interface
  • Have functional experience of using PIM for scheduling and monitoring batch processes for data management activities
  • Responsible for supporting the business users with their daily STEP activities and resolving issues encountered through the Web UI or other import/export processes
  • Responsible for Stibo STEP configuration including but not limited to attributes, attribute groups, attribute validity, List of Values (LoVs), categorization/hierarchy management (Blue and Yellow folders), integration end points, configuration profiles, etc. Utilize XML for parsing, porting and deploying data in workbench and web UI solution
  • Customize out-of-the-box solution, write specification documentation for Web UI and workbench components
The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate’s unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
