Our new Creative and Graphic Design associate will collaborate with our team and clients to design on-brand monthly deliverables for social media, digital ads, newsletters, magazines and billboards.
We're specifically looking for a motivated candidate who has a diverse design portfolio.
This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an acute understanding of the importance of maintaining brand continuity across all platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to design for difference audiences and growth goals, proactively staying on top of the latest industry trends-- while creating timeless, thought-provoking design.
The candidate must be deadline and detail-oriented and forward thinking. Taking direction well and accepting feedback is critical for the success of the company and our clients. Adaptability and flexibility to meet pop-up deadlines or be prepared to shift directions are critical to this role.
This position will be designing for platforms across the digital spectrum and working closely with our social media teams, photographers and videographers to produce dynamic and compelling visuals for our clients.
Qualifications
- Proven graphic design experience
- A strong portfolio of work
- Proficiency with the latest versions of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Must be comfortable working with medical subject matter
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- You have excellent written and verbal communication and can navigate complex project-related interactions comfortably
- You know what makes a quality design and can recognize when changes need to be made to take designs to the next level
- You love what you do and you love bringing value to every project.
- You hold yourself and your work to the highest standards of quality and precision
- You’re comfortable working with others in a team, from start to finish on a project
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required in marketing, graphic design, or related area and a minimum of 3+ years of related work experience.
