The successful candidate will assist members with their loan requests, make loan decisions using corporate policy and guidelines and provide clerical and administrative support needed to process and close member loans.Essential Job Functions:
- Conducts loan interviews, prepares, processes and funds loan applications from all channels including indirect. Follows up with members, dealers and colleagues as needed to ensure timely loan funding.
- Responds to phones, email and indirect channel requests in a timely manner.
- Identifies and takes action to improve the group's operating methods and procedures.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
- One to three years of similar or related experience.
- High school education or GED.
- Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some decision.
