The Opportunity
Within our Revenue team, the Product Advisor is dedicated to helping our prospective customers understand the business case and value of our Firm Intelligence products, notably BigSquare and PS/Ship. Working cross-functionally, the Product Advisor is empathetic and listens deeply to understand customer needs and then confidently demonstrate how our products address them.

A Day in the Life- Demonstrate how our technology is used to better serve clients, win new business, and operate more efficiently
- Listen to customer pain points, answer questions about product features, and share knowledge of best practices for leveraging our platform
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing on roadmap contributions and GTM messaging
- Configure our solutions and prepare data to demonstrate a fit with prospect needs
- Manage pilots and POCs if deemed appropriate
- Draft, maintain, and enhance demo scripts appropriate for each product
Role Progression
Within 1 month, you will:
- Complete Litera New Hire Onboarding
- Participate in instructor-led Sales Bootcamp
- Meet your team and learn best practices, processes, and business tools, including Salesforce and Office
- Understand key product features for responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
Within 3 months, you will:
- Prepare, present, and lead platform demonstrations alongside Sales Directors and Advisors
- Collaborate with the team to manage data and configuration of demo environments
- Independently complete simple RFPs and coordinate review by others
- Partner with Product to ensure feedback is provided to better the solution
Within 6 months, you will:
- Engage with and be a trusted advisor for C-suite and senior leaders within law firms
- Learn new product features and provide training and marketing content that advances the knowledge of prospects, customers, and internal team members
- Work with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams to facilitate the customer journey beyond the point of sale
About You
- Energized by navigating complex organizations and decision-making processes
- Thrive on open transparency, communication, and collaboration internally and externally
- Desire to learn about and evangelize technology solutions to challenging business problems
- Understand data visualization and billing tools
- Willingness to travel for conferences and customer meetings
- Relevant experience in either the Legal or Professional Services industries
