Position Summary:

BoredWall is looking for an energetic and organized person to join our team. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with a large group of people and is also comfortable with the responsibility of taking care of our clients. This position will be responsible for assisting the front desk team with daily tasks, ensuring that clients are greeted, asked for, and given information that they need. This person will also be responsible for assisting the team members with tasks that they perform on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and ensuring they are asked to come in out of the heat
  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Scheduling appointments for our providers
  • Checking in clients at the front desk and escorting them to their rooms
  • Providing assistance to the team with clerical tasks such as filing, copying, etc.
  • Assisting staff with clerical tasks such as taking payments, faxing, mailing letters, etc.
  • Taking inventory of client inventory
  • Assisting with cleaning of office and equipment maintenance tasks as needed
  • Scheduling appointments for our providers
  • Assisting with inventory counts maintenance tasks as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:
