Administrative Assistant


 

We are a multi faceted Marketing company, who specialize in out of the box marketing strategies. One of our core services is teaching and assistant businesses on how to market through Radio.

We are looking to expand our team and bring on a dedicated staff member to assist with daily administrative tasks and client services.

  • Checking and responding to emails
  • $ads={1}

  • Researching new initiatives
  • Admin tasks
  • Scheduling
  • Client check ins
  • Updating team documents

The ideal candidate:

  • Must be comfortable Zoom calls and phone calls etc.
  • Loves speaking to people and can hold conversations with strangers
  • Is big in rapport building and understands the importance of building rapport
  • Comfortable working during normal business hours
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Committed to providing high-quality service
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written and email communication skills in English.
  • Independent worker -- you are working 100% remotely,

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,300.00 per month
