Position Summary:
The Administrative Services Clerk will assist with clerical, administrative and billing department duties and other essential office functions to support the needs of the Corporate Office Executives Members and staff.

Core Duties And Responsibilities:
? This is a Front Office position with primary responsibility for Reception including answering, screening, and transferring incoming phone calls as appropriate.
? Take complete and detailed messages as needed and greet, assist and check-in visitors.
? Responsible for Conference Room refreshment and supply set-up and cleanup for meetings, ordering office supplies, scheduling office maintenance, restocking kitchen supplies, filling copy machines, distributing mail and faxes, and other assignments fundamental to the functioning of the Corporate Office.
? Perform data entry, scan, and file documents and assist other departments, including HR, Billing, and Accounting, within the Corporate Office as necessary.
? Follow and support all Company policies and procedures as applicable.
? Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education And Experience Preferred:
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Experience working in a clerical/office setting.

Licenses/Certifications:
? Valid California driver's license, current automobile insurance, and eligibility to drive for the Company is preferred but not required.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
? Ability to perform in a positive, courteous, flexible and adaptive manner.
? Type 30 WPM.
? Computer literate and experienced with computer programs such as Microsoft Office 365 products: Word, Outlook and Excel.
? Knowledge of various office equipment, including copy machines, fax machines, and scanners.
? Must be able to communicate clearly, both orally and written. Must have phone etiqauette skills and a patient and friendly demeanor.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $25.00/Hour (Determined by Experience and Qualifications)

Physical Requirements:
? See well enough (with or without corrected vision) to read fine print, hand-written materials, and a computer screen.
? Speak and hear well enough (with or without assistive device) to converse in person and over the telephone.
? Finger, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms, including ability to use a computer keyboard.
? Have the mobility (with or without assistive device) to stand, sit, crouch, and move from one work area to another.
? Have the strength to lift, carry or push office equipment and supplies used in normal job functions.
? Stamina to effectively perform work activities.
? Must be able to lift 15-20 lbs.
