Job Description :

This position requires an individual experienced in Pharmacy Billing Operations who, under minimal supervision, can support client specific reporting requirements, analyze and validate Operations reconciliation and reporting, as well as handle multiple functions supporting Pharmacy Operations on a daily and regular basis. This individual needs to have strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to handle escalated issues, questions and respond to immediate needs on an urgent basis . This individual must properly operate computers (hardware and software), apply sound professional judgement consistently, and partner with others well while maintaining an acceptable speed and level of accuracy determined by company standards and Department leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Generate, deliver and respond to inquiries related to client specific reporting, intracompany reporting and internal team reporting as needed
• Assist with vendor and intra/intercompany requests for information
• Support new functionality training, execution and/or documentation as needed
• Guide and manage processes for new procedures/vendors/team engagement with the Pharmacy Solutions Billing/Collections teams
• All other duties as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of/experience with:
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple functions and requests simultaneously and maintain independent status of work at all times
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear English language skills.
• Solid basic math skills, solid business software and hardware utilization experience
• Aptitude for learning new procedures, engaging in process improvement activities and supporting forward movement of Operations efficiency and team success
• Team player, friendly personality, helpfulness to others and exudes a professional demeanor

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $15.94 - $25.00 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
