We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our team. The Clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry

Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate individuals

Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Prepare and process documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports

Maintain accurate records and files of company documents and correspondence

Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred

Proven experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
