Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Complete job duties and responsibilities with a high level of organization, efficiency, and attention to detail, in a small, fast-paced, environment that is mission-driven and results-driven.
- Exercise good judgment and strong decision-making abilities in a variety of situations, work under pressure, be proactive, and resourceful with a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks with a hands-on approach to support the President and Founder including drafting personal correspondence, preparing documents, and other tasks that facilitate the President and Founders ability to effectively lead the company.
- Manage the President and Founders calendar and respond to emails.
- Handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and location of organizational meetings, events, programs, and training as needed.
- Communicate on behalf and/or provide a bridge for smooth communication between the President and external relations and, at times, between the President and Founder and the organization staff.
- Represent the University at public events, student events, Digital or in-person Summits, and career fairs.

Human Resources Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records: Collect, organize, and maintain confidential personnel files and records, including employee contracts, attendance records, performance evaluations, and other HR-related documents.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding: Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Provide administrative support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as drafting and formatting HR-related documents, preparing reports, managing HR databases, and maintaining employee directories.
- Handle employee inquiries: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, and direct employees to the appropriate resources for further assistance.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Maintain HR systems: Update and maintain HR information systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee information with utmost confidentiality and adhere to privacy and data protection policies.

Pay: $38,469.02 - $46,328.29 per year
