Factory Operations Supervisor -- Full-Time

Requirements:

  • Must be a citizen of the United States or hold a Permanent Resident status.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a Manufacturing or Production environment is preferred.
  • Preferably possess a Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field, or have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business process analysis and improvement, lean six sigma, quality assurance, strategic sourcing, team facilitation, materials management, inventory control, or supply chain.
  • Currently possess or willing to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance.
  • Preferably hold a 4-year technical degree.
  • Successfully pass a background check, hair drug test, full physical examination, and supervisory assessment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum education requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent.
