Requirements:
- Must be a citizen of the United States or hold a Permanent Resident status.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a Manufacturing or Production environment is preferred.
- Preferably possess a Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field, or have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business process analysis and improvement, lean six sigma, quality assurance, strategic sourcing, team facilitation, materials management, inventory control, or supply chain.
- Currently possess or willing to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance.
- Preferably hold a 4-year technical degree.
- Successfully pass a background check, hair drug test, full physical examination, and supervisory assessment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum education requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent.
