AKA West Hollywood is hiring for a Guest Services Associate with 1+ years’ guest services experience!
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Engage all residents with an upbeat can-do attitude.
· Introduce property services and amenities to new arrivals and follow up with a warm call once the resident has settled into their suite.
· Assist residents whenever possible (i.e. making dinner reservations, contacting car service/taxi, etc)
· Handling, logging, and communicating delivery of packages.
· Handle incoming calls for resident transfer, reservations, on-site management team, etc.
· Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
· Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· High school degree or equivalent.
· Minimum of one year guest service experience.
· Ability to be flexible with work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
· Proficiency in English (written and oral).
· Demonstrated strong guest service skills.
· Demonstrated energetic, self-motivating and a “can do” positive attitude.
· Meticulous attention to detail.
