  • Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.
  • Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $47,600.00 and $57,145.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
  • Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote, preferably in Phoenix, AZ.

Envision Your Experience .
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Review and analyze district-submitted Rostering and Implementation Plans to ensure accuracy and determine if additional Discovery consultation is required.
  • Accurately assess current district requirements for rostering and integration understanding their capabilities and offer solutions for basic integration requests.
  • Problem solve using digital product expertise and critical thinking skills to produce alternative ways of doing things to meet a user’s unique needs.
  • Provide outstanding digital customer service leading to a high level of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Take complex digital solutions and turn them into easy-to-understand instructions.
  • Provide digital implementation support.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success by providing timely technical integration expertise.
  • Other duties as required.

Share Your Expertise
.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Science and 2+ years of Implementation experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • The ability to understand and make informed recommendations for the implementation of integrations between 3rd party products and company platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems, SAML, Student Information Systems, and others to implement a variety of integrations, including Single Sign On, and Automated User Account Imports.
  • Writing skills to create detailed and accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the appropriate business tool (NetSuite, Jira, ZenDesk, etc.).
  • Basic experience with Salesforce or other CRM, with ability to search, add data, and retrieve reports.
  • Intermediate experience with Zoom / Google Meets or other online meeting platforms including hosting meetings and managing groups in a virtual environment.
  • Experience working with School District Staff and Administrators in a K-12 environment.
  • Basic understanding and compliance with FERPA and Student Data Privacy guidelines.
  • Outstanding problem-solving capability and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated digital product expertise.
  • Professional and/or technical writing skills.
  • Ability independently to work in a remote environment.
