Go the extra mile to engage customers and provide assistance with product and order-related questions. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or chat. Assist with the placement of orders. Handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the scope of support. Work with customer service manager/supervisors/other reps to ensure proper customer service is being delivered. In addition to standard hourly pay, we also offer a performance bonus pay system.
