The Manager, MI & Analytic Services is primarily responsible for leading a diverse global team of MI Analysts who support a dedicated customer. In addition to people leadership, the manager is responsible for all aspects of this banking customers global data consolidation and reporting program. This includes the development and enforcement of management information standards, technology process, procedures, data consolidation and report management.
This role is dedicated to a banking customer and will work directly with the customer MI and data team, as well as resources within GBT.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Lead a global team of MI Analysts across multiple markets and time zones.
  • Achieve high performance through great people leadership by applying GBT’s Performance Coaching mindset.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality by managing day-to-day productivity goals, objectives, service standards and procedures.
  • Address support issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure consistency and process standardization.
  • Drive continuous improvement to optimize our MI Analyst support model.
  • Foster excellent relationships with Client Management and customer contacts.
  • Gather and share best practices across customers and segments
  • Driving the execution of the planned initiatives and providing consultative recommendations wherever needed
  • Collaborate with key partners on development of capabilities and platforms that will allow for automation and scaling of analytics.
  • Partnering with other leaders across the Products & Technology team to drive organizational results
Qualifications
The successful candidate should demonstrate the following:
  • Passionate and experienced people leader who enjoys helping direct reports achieve their full potential.
  • Experience leading diverse teams, driving them through continual improvement with high employee engagement.
  • Experience influencing other departments without direct authority, driving the business forward to meet organizational goals.
  • Thrive in continual change and enjoy coaching their team to do the same.
  • Understanding of business travel data, tools and process flows.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and teams.
  • Experience executing against large scale process improvement and business transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to influence internal and external customers with ease.
  • Strong thought leadership.
  • Ability to consistently review team output, analyzing what is and is not working to identify key drivers.
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive results. High-energy and proactive with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies to improve the customer experience.

Location
United States - Virtual Location

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
