We are searching for a temporary data entry clerk to assist us with data processing for 10dlc phone registration submissions.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively collect information for processing
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Clearly communicate submissions that cannot be processed and follow escalation procedures
- Respond to submissions and basic inquiries
- Assist with related tasks as assigned
What You’ll Need:
- Demonstrated experience in data entry preferred
- Previous inbound or outbound call center experience preferred
- Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy required
- Strong organizational and time management skills required
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Available shifts:
Shift 1 - 8am-5pm
Shift 2 - 10pm-7pm
