We are The First Pick VA Group, a small premier VA agency that is quickly expanding and looking for our next virtual assistant team member. Invested in the absolute best service possible, all VAs undergo a strict training process and structured trial period before ever meeting a client.

The position starts with a 15 to 30-day training and trial period in which you will work closely with your Team Lead and complete a training course for 2-5h (the 30-day training period is paid at a rate of $12/h). Once the training period has ended we will connect you directly with clients looking for your particular set of skills (this can take anywhere from 30-90 days). The goal is to have you at your max ideal hours within 6-9 months. In addition to client work, you will have access to a team of other freelancers who work closely and collaboratively within our group.

The ideal applicant would be a hard worker, great with technology, highly efficient, organized, eager to learn, competent, and a great communicator. Ultimately we are looking for someone who is driven and adaptable to the needs of a growing business.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be in EST or CST timezone
- RELIABLE
- Data entry experience (use of google sheets & excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great time management
- Quick and efficient learner
- Experience with google suits
- Familiarity with all prominent social media sites
- Access to zoom, email, text, and fast reliable internet
- Located in the USA
- High school diploma
- Willing to sign a non-compete disclosure
- Adaptable
- Starting availability 3-10h/ week
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
- Specialized skills (ex: blog writing, graphic design, etc)
- Ambition to grow with the business as we expand
- 6+ months of previous VA experience
