Your Role
- Load and pack on all gluer machines
- Place labels on boxes consecutively
- Read and understand production control records
- Assist operator with machine set up
- Maintain a clean and safe area
- Check the product for quality and count accuracy
- Maintain the machine and area in accordance with standard operation procedures
- Demonstrate competency in all paperwork
Your Profile
You Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three-six months’ experience in packaging processes (preferred)
- Previous experience working manufacturing environment (preferred)
You must be able to:
- Lift, push or pull 50lbs. maximum
- Read and comprehend simple instructions
- Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safety rules
- Keep up with a fast-paced production environment
- Identify quality issues
- Maintain good attendance
- Demonstrate positive and professional leadership qualities
- Willingly work overtime as needed
