This job will be done remotely giving you the freedom and flexibility to be able to work from home while serving a key role in the company and playing a key part in helping small businesses succeed and grow.
There are bonus incentives for commission based on performance, upsells, retention, and additional value added to the team.

Duties:
- Onboard and train our new clients on how to use our tools, softwares, and resources in order to get the best results from our programs
- Be the face of Growth Marketing Media as the go-to person for client questions, feedback, support and training (you'll be a 'coach' to their team and employees)
- Help facilitate and guide each client through our program to ensure they are successful
- Although you will be their support specialist to help answer questions, guide them to the right resources, etc. this is NOT to be confused with a customer support specialist. You are their coach as we also need to hold them very accountable for doing their part and following our team's tips and advice
- Help ascend our clients into additional programs as you'll get paid commission for any sales you generate
- Making basic wordpress edits in order to improve or enhance client websites
- Help with daily tasks to assist with our team and our clients (project management, onboarding, billing, etc.)
- Build and foster relationships with clients
- Send invoices and proposals to clients and prospects
- Be available to answer client questions and provide first-class, fast support
- Be self-motivated and able to manage time and tasks while working remotely
- Run daily team meetings and huddles (both internally and with our clients)
- Supervise overall performance
- Constantly push to break boundaries to strive for exponential growth
- Bring new ideas to the table to help with overall performance and operations
