Position Summary:
This role develops and executes social content plan on multiple social media platforms in alignment to brand and promotion strategy. He/She needs to grow the brand follower base, by creating content and assets in the format (text, image, video, etc..) that suites best for different social media platforms. He/She also assists to develop plan for traffic acquisition, as well as for follower experience optimization on the platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop daily and monthly social content plan for official social media accounts, such as WeChat, Douyin, Weibo, Redbook, travel vertical media etc. and responsible for business growth.
- Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with marketing and brand goals.
- Assist to develop social media campaigns that support brand initiatives and increase engagement.
- Join content brainstorming with internal teams and external agencies for hot topic and contents in various forms including images, short videos, texts, etc..
- Monitor daily operation data and track feedback through engagement on social media. Provide suggestions for ongoing operation optimization and content ideas.
- Be responsible for growing follower base through traffic acquisition and high quality content.
- Develop and manage relationships with KOLs/influencers and other partners to increase brand exposure and engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments e.g. Marketing and external vendors to ensure social media strategies align with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the company remains competitive in the marketplace.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in content marketing, travel industry preferred
- Familiar with operations of different social platforms (e.g. WeChat, Douyin, Red Book, Weibo, etc.).
- University bachelor degree and above
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience of manage different Social Media platforms and drive traffic to E-commerce business.
- Proficient knowledge in content marketing and innovative content design, live streaming and short video operation, social media operation, etc.
- Strong research skills for content development.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, strong storytelling skills. With ability to create multimedia content (text, photo, video)
- Proactive, ability to work independently, result-driven, strong business sense
- Innovative mind with good communication skill, good at building professional relationships with internal & external resources.
