The Commercial Outbound & Retention position will be a hybrid Outbound Sales and Inbound Retention position. This rep will be expected to be able to make outbound calls to current and non-current customers with the intent of selling or upselling services using provided outbound sales and retention call lists. They will also be expected to uncover the reasons a customer is calling to cancel services with Vyve and attempt to rectify the situation to save the customer while using a friendly and proactive demeanor. This position will take place in a fast passed work from home call center environment where the ability to multi-tasking and swiveling between outbound calls, inbound retention calls, emails and texts will be a must. This position will have a base pay plus commission based on attaining Outbound Sales Goals.
This is a remote/work from home position.
The duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Swivel between inbound and outbound calls as needed
- Taking Retention/Disconnect calls with a friendly and proactive demeanor
- Answer Retention calls with the ability to make customers feel like you are excited they got you!
- Uncover the reasons that have led a customer to call us to cancel their account and then attempt to retain the customer by resolving the issues/reasons
- Performing Proactive outbound retention calls
- Performing outbound sales calls to current customers with the goal of talking to them about potential upgrades to help their business
- Performing outbound cold calls to attempt to bring on new customers
- Special Outbound projects that can change in nature depending on the needs of our customers and our company
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to be at your desk read to take calls 8 hours a day, except for breaks and lunches
- Ability to take back-to-back calls when needed
- Ability to make back-to-back outbound calls
- Strong computer skills including solid working knowledge of Windows-based applications
- Outstanding problem solving, trouble shooting and communication skills
- Strong time management skills
