Store Shopper
Duties:
- Perform cash handling duties, including operating a cash register and processing customer transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and answering any questions they may have.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately process sales and returns.
- Demonstrate knowledge of electronics and jewelry products to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Manage time effectively to ensure efficient completion of tasks and provide prompt service to customers.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
Experience:
- Previous experience in cash handling and operating a cash register is preferred.
- Experience in electronics sales or jewelry sales is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized assistance to customers.
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to increase sales revenue.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively.
