Job Description:

Location: We support US virtual working arrangements in the contiguous 48 states.

The opportunity:

The Client Delivery Specialist will be responsible for triaging and supporting the resolution of large group client (U2000 lives) block of business inquiries, problems, and/or service requests. You will act as the secondary issue resolution owner and be responsible for partnering with Sr. Client Advocates and Sr. Client Relationship Executives to resolve any client request or issues. You will support the internal Client Delivery team by coordinating client inquiries and driving resolution with Internal Partners.

How you will contribute:

  • Triage inbound requests in a timely manner to establish positive client relationships

  • Conduct outbound follow up and engage internal departments, when needed, to help Sr. Client Advocates and Sr. Client Relationship Executives resolve complex and/or escalated service requests

  • Build strong working relationships to address and support client needs

  • Coordinate with necessary 'back office' areas to resolve client inquiries

  • Act as the secondary intake point for any Customer inquiries (calls, emails, web chats, etc.), with the Sr. Client Advocate and Sr. Client Relationship Executive being the primary contact

  • Track all activities in Salesforce

  • Work with internal teams to submit and track policy amendments

  • Responsible for fulfilling reporting requests from clients

  • Responsible for compiling data for policy level broker requests

  • Maintain tracking and reporting. Identify and drive business changes / continuous improvements as needed

If you are a California resident, the salary range for this position is:

  • Southern region: $45,700 – 61,600 annually

  • Central region: $48,100 – 65,000 annually

  • Northern region: $51,500 – 69,400 annually

If you are a Colorado resident, the salary range for this position is $43,600 – 58,800 annually.


If you are a New York resident, the salary range for this position is
$51,500 – 69,400 annually.

If you are Washington resident, the salary range for this position is $48,100 – 65,000 annually.
