Under the direction of the Production Manager, act as Production Coordinator of a high-profile theatre for both public and private events, concerts, dance, cultural performances, awards shows, student performances, graduations, and filming -- fulfilling all responsibilities of event oversight. Duties include stage management, securing event information, reviewing technical requirements, coordinating event personnel and equipment needs, coordinating site visits, disseminating event information, and preparing and archiving event documentation.

1. Significant experience in event technical management for live events, music, dance and theater. Experience working with student organizations a plus.

2. Working knowledge of technical theatre disciplines, stage-management, carpentry & rigging, electrical & AV/sound.

3. Ability to read and evaluate stage-lighting & sound plots and schematic drawings for feasibility and cost implications related to presentation in various facilities.

4. Excellent command of the English language. Bilingual a plus.
