Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a a seasoned transit vehicle inspection engineer to join our team! In this role you will monitor the manufacturing of automated people mover vehicles for an airport train. Position is for 6 to 12 months in Pittsburgh, PA.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Reviewing specifications and monitoring manufacturing for compliance
- Monitoring and reporting on quality and progress.
- Coordinating activities with current vehicle inspection engineer
- Reporting to Vehicle System Lead at client site.
- Supporting 2nd shift manufacturing operations
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Experience with Transit systems and vehicles
- Ability to work in manufacturing plant in Pittsburgh, PA
- Detailed oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills i
- Willingness to work second shift
