Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Arrange production schedules based on the production orders and plan the operations according to product types, quantities, specifications, and order delivery dates
- Assist to manage all material resources needed for productions and assure the products in good qualities and match specifications.
- Maintain the production and operating reports
- Coordinate with other production workers to assure the production procedures meeting our quality standards.
- Assist factory manager to resolve employee relation issues, recruitment needs, and benefit questions.
- Work with all manufacturing functions to assure health and safety guidelines are fully implemented, the production lines are constantly sanitized, and the work environment is well cleaned.
Physical Requirements
- Able to reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Able to handle and move up to 50 pounds frequently
Requirements
- 1+ years of food or related production experience required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
