Processes group level changes to existing business. These positions will support system migration and installing new small group submissions.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Installs new cases, creates initial bill and generation of initial ID cards.
- Audits and verifies benefit data upon receipt of the contract code from systems.
- Prepares and analyzes the Issue Transmittal documentation for new cases, and vouchers for adding additional products or group numbers.
- Reviews enrollment forms for gross omissions that would prevent loading to insure members are loaded into the correct product.
- Applies job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a wide range of difficult tasks.
- Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.
Requirements:
- Requires H.S. diploma; 2+ years membership and billing service experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Life & Disability experience strongly preferred
- Computer literate
Additional Details:
- 8 to 5 or 9 to 6 Monday thru Friday.
